This plan is popular with home buyers who may have some experience in building or want to be personally involved in the process of bidding and selecting sub-contractors. For each budget line item we will obtain bids for review with you.
The total cost plus our fee will determine the cost of your home. Our fee will normally range between 12-18% of the total cost. This will be determined by the complexity and detail of your home plans. With the cost plus option you may not know the exact cost for construction until your home is complete.
